Hand repetitive work over to AI agents
Emails, enquiries and retyping data between systems — we implement AI agents, process automation and RAG systems inside the tools you already use. For companies across Poland.
What is repetitive work costing you?
An agent takes over each of these in 2–6 weeksper person per week — moving data by hand between ERP, CRM and spreadsheets
of the same questions a day by email and phone, instead of real work
per document: read it, retype it, approve it — an agent does it in seconds
What we implement
They serve customers when your team is off
Enquiries, quote requests and orders — answered in seconds, at any hour.
No more retyping data between systems
We connect your ERP, CRM, inbox and documents. No migration, no swapping tools.
Answers from your documents, not from the internet
Contracts, price lists and procedures available to your team and customers, with permissions.
What you get after implementation
One process: handling quote requestsFrom a conversation to an implementation
From a conversation to a working agentConsultation
One process, your three numbers, an honest answer on whether it pays off.
Process audit
Access to data, interviews, the numbers from the inside and a price for the pilot.
Pilot
One process, your data, a working agent — before you commit.
What we aim for in the first quarter
Implementation targets on a model process — not one client's resultsCommon questions
How long does an AI agent implementation take?
We launch a pilot on one process 2–3 weeks after the audit. A full implementation with integrations usually takes 4–8 weeks.
Is our data safe?
Your data stays in your own infrastructure or in an EU region of your choice. We agree what the agent can access, and every action it takes is logged.
Will the agent integrate with our ERP and CRM?
Yes. We connect through APIs, the database or exports — including systems without a modern interface.
How much does it cost?
The conversation is free. We price the process audit individually — the workload depends on how many processes and systems are involved — and we deduct its full cost from the pilot. The pilot is a fixed price, and we quote the full implementation once the integration scope is clear. Every figure is agreed before we start.
What if the agent makes a mistake?
The agent works within limits you set. When it is unsure, it escalates the case to a person, and you see the full decision history.
Why do you charge for the audit when competitors give it away?
Because a free one-hour "audit" is a sales call in practice. We separated the two: the 30-minute consultation is free and enough to judge whether the idea makes sense, while a paid audit is usually 2–3 weeks of work with access to your data, and its output stands up to a board decision. We set the price after the consultation and deduct it from the pilot.
Let's start with a conversation
30 minutes, one process and a first estimate of the time and money you can win back. No system access, no commitment. We reply within 24 hours.
