The consultation is a 30-minute conversation about one process — with no access to your systems. You leave with an order of magnitude and a recommendation. The process audit is paid work over several weeks, with access to data, interviews and a report you can base an investment decision on.
Does the consultation commit me to anything?
No. The summary and recommendations are yours whether or not we go further — with us or with anyone else.
What should I prepare?
Three numbers: how many cases a month go through the process, how many minutes one takes, and your team's hourly rate. If you don't have them, we'll estimate them together on the call.
Who runs the call?
