The elementai.pl website is operated by element ai, NIP 7722443302, with its registered office in Warsaw, contact: kontakt@elementai.pl. Using the website means accepting these terms.
Services provided electronically
Through the website you can send a message via the contact form and register your interest in a free AI audit. Both services are free of charge. A submission is neither an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code nor a contract — the date is confirmed in separate correspondence.
Technical requirements
To use the website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled. Supplying unlawful content is prohibited.
Implementation services
The audit, pilot and implementation are delivered under separate contracts whose scope, price and timelines we agree individually before work begins.

Please send complaints about how the website works to kontakt@elementai.pl. We handle them within 14 days of receipt.
