Workshop and access
Two meetings of about 2 hours each with the people who know the process. We agree the access scope and the data sample.
Analysis
We cost the process, check data quality in your systems and assess integration feasibility.
Report and recommendation
We walk through the findings in a meeting and hand over the document with the pilot quote.
A typical audit of one process takes 2–3 weeks. For a larger scope we set the schedule during the consultation.
Funding
Advisory work of this kind is sometimes covered by PARP funding programmes (including FERS 1.3, up to around 85% of the cost of a development service). We'll check during the consultation whether your company qualifies — if it does, the real cost of the audit drops to a few hundred złoty.

Questions about the audit
How much does a process audit cost?
We don't have a single rate, because the workload depends on the number of processes, the number of systems and how available the data is. We agree the scope and a fixed price during the free 30-minute consultation and give you both before work starts. We deduct the full amount from the price of the pilot if you decide to run it with us.
Why isn't the audit free?
Because it takes 2–3 weeks and requires access to your data and your team's time. A free hour-long call won't produce something you can base an investment decision on — so we separated the two: the conversation is free, the audit is paid.
What if the audit shows automation doesn't pay off?
We'll say so plainly and point out what would have to change for it to pay off. The report is yours, and we don't propose a pilot we can't defend with numbers.
Do we have to give access to production systems?
No. In most cases a data sample and read-only accounts are enough, scoped to what we agree before we start.
How long does the audit take?
An audit of one process usually takes 2–3 weeks from the kick-off workshop. For a broader scope we set the schedule during the consultation.
